I purchased a Chiltons manual for my 1997 3.8L T-bird to replace a motor mount and there is no mention or picture of the mount. Does anyone know how to replace a motor mount. (Driver side)

Remove anything that could be stretched/broken or bumped into when jacking engine up.

This includes shift lever, wires, fan shroud, etc. Place a 2X4 under and across the oil pan on a jack. Don''t lift yet.

Remove the motor mount through bolts to the sub-frame. Jack up the engine. Remove any accessories on the mount (oil cooler line clips).

Remove motor mount bolts to engine block. Remove mount. Re-assembly is reverse. Mount to engine bolts torque to 25-35 ft.lbs. Through bolt 35-50 ft.lbs.

Could have been a site problem, but you might in the future try going to "run" "CMD" ipconfig/flushdns and see if that helps, sometimes just going into tools/internet options/delete to clear your cookies and cache can help, but then again you would want to hurt me badly after that because you would have to enter your passwords into your sites all over again.
GoingStrong, I might seek your help in identifying a chassis part on my Tbird, but I will make my own post, rather than Hijacking this one.
