2006 F250 Fuse box

I've lost my owners manual, so where is the interior fuse box?  I found the one under the hood, but I need to check the fuse for my cig. lighters...not working.

on the 95 model it is to the left of the steering colum on lower part off dash a liitle cover u pull out
