I race this car on dirt track and i race in manual mode. Now when I put in manual mode, sometimes the manual might on dash starts to flash on and off. Kinda like a code flashing but it just flashes 1 time singally on and off and keeps doing this. Now when it starts to flash the car starts cutting out and runs like crap. I have no idea. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Sounds like trouble. Computers in transmissions. If you had a code reader for it you'd be one of the rare ones.
