If you never heard of the M151 before it is known as the Vietnam War Era Combat Jeep.

The M151 series ran from Production in Decemmber of 1959-1988, holding the record as the longest used Military vehicle in the US Arsenal.

Their are still thousands of M151A2's that have been modified into FAV's (Fast attack vehicles) and are still in use in Iraq and Afganistan to this very day.

My Son Nate and daughter Micki have benn able to find, buy and restore a few of these great vehicles.

We restored 2 of the to stock condition, have two that are projects under construction and then we have the never ordered Prototype the M151-LC.

The M151-LC was a solid rigid axel version of the M151 (MUTT)

My son and I were given the blueprints and phot's of the 2 original M151A2-LC's that were built.

The Military declined the vehicle in favor of keeping the Independent suspension on the contrated vehicle design.

We built the M151-LC and added some upgrades and modifications to the vehicle so we could use it for Off road and Desert racing.

Here are a few pictures of our Stock M151A1's

Yes we did super glue a Blue oval on that Grill...LOL

Military Vehicles of this period did not have Corporate Markings, just a Data Plate on the dash with build and vehicle info.

Hope everyone enjoyed our Ford World
