ok. i want to get an aftermarket radio in my 2001 taurus. now, ive installed these plenty of times but in cars where its alot easier like civics and integras. i keep hearing about having to run wires from the trunk to the head unit....can anyone clarify exactly how to install a radio in a 2001 taurus???

I would call Crutchfield and buy from them, just for the diagrams and adapters that I have recieved in the past. They have a great tech. support line also.
