air bag icon flashing on the dash

Hi. On my 2003 Expedition when first started the air bag icon on the dash flashes. It appears to be flashing a code "4" - "2. After about flashing this about 5or 6 times the icon stays lit. If you turn the vehicle off and restart it it will do it again.  Is this a code that can be traced to a certain problem? Thanks.
