Im wanting to buy a permanent air filter to will maintain for my 99'' F-250 SD.

Go to your local auto parts store, and tell them what truck you have, and they will be able to give you the right one, and i bet they will show you how to change it also. it only takes a minute. If you want to do it yourself, it's in the black box in front of the battery on the drivers side.
