Anti-theft module

I decided to put a new stereo in my van the other, no big deal right?  Well i think i tripped the anti theft module, thus cutting powere tot he ignition coil.  Anyone know how to bypass the module, where it's located or what wire would be the right color to bypass with.  One website told me it was a Dk. Green/purple found on the passenger pillar.  I'm not sure what the module looks like but i fould a fuel reset.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
