I have a 2003 f250 that the brake lights wont turn on when the peddle is pressed.  I 've checked the fuses, bulbs, and the switch at the pedal.  I need this truck to tow a trailer tommorow.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is the high mount brake lamp working?

Yes, the brake light over the cab does work. We just replaced the bulb in it.  The turn signals work though.  Thats what has me confused.

It could be the multifunction switch in the column.

Applied brake lamp power out of brake postion switch/sensor to the high mount lamp is a direct circuit 'before' the MF.. The reason for the question.. Power out to the rear tailights is through the multifunction switch..

my truck's brake lights don't work when the hazard lights are on.  Just push the button that turns the hazard lights on and off and see if that works.
