Brakelight switch problems

I've got a 93 Festiva GL import, and the brakelight/stoplight switch recently cut out on me.  Apparently, there's different parts for it depending on whether or not it has power brakes, and none of the parts stores I've found  carry the right one.  The only switches I've been able to find have the connector posts in an L formation, which won't fit.  Can Anyone give me an idea of where to look or what to do?
