Whats up guys have you seen the CO2 cooling system for Intercoolers? Have you ever seen one installed over a radiator? I haven't seen it, but anyways, I'm installing a DEI CryO cooling system next weekend, I'll post pics later.

dont do that. you freeze your coolant how are supposed to circulate a peice of ice through your engine.

I've already looked in to this potential problem. The coolant won't freeze, antifreeze (Ethylene glycol with H2O), as its name implies freezez at very, very low temperatures. CO2, when sprayed directly on to the fins of the radiator is about -40, however, if you switch the sprayer so that it sprays forward, the wind, as well as the electric fan pulling, will draw the CO2 over the radiator, thus providing a cooling effect, with out fatiguing the metal radiator with sharp temperature changes. I appreciate the concern, but I've done extensive research on this. (I have a Bachelors degree in Chemistry, so I'm fairly confident in my decision to go ahead with this project). But again, I do appreicate you bringing that up.
I'll post pics and results next weekend.

Here are some preliminary shots, I'll take a shot of it in action when I can get my wife to sit in the car and hold the button down for me...
Wouldn't a bright blue bottle look perfect right next to it???
this isn't part of the install but I thought I'd throw it in there any ways...
