engine dont run... 6.0 powerstroke

i drive and the engine dead.... and dont start..... i have take diagnostic sistem and the error code is: icp sensor, if i try to put start spray the car turn on and run only idle....

Is it a crank, no start? What code was it? What year Excursion?  Need more info to help.

yes cranking is ok but not start.... error is 2291,  the car is 2005 , the engine turn off when i driving ....

We dont have more info of this engine.
i think is pressure sensor but i whant know more possibility for order in usa parts, but is very expensive and i need more time for shipping.

First, you need to monitor ICP voltage KOEO, see if it is biased low, no less than 0.15V. Then monitor ICP while cranking engine, see if it builds up 500 psi. May have high pressure oil system leak, bad pump, ICP sensor, or IPR solenoid. But that would be the first check to do. Then if it doesn't build 500 psi, you need to air check the high pressure system for leaks, but you need a diagnostic tool that can do active commands to close the IPR solenoid.

where is located icp sensor exact???
but in 2005 i think is not same 2000....

05 has the ICP in the right/passenger valve cover... A diagnostic should be run to to prove out the sensor as faulted though, prior to replacement...

today i change sensore .. (i have another car  in garage) but the problem is same... i can try whit spray starter for diesel engine.. and the engine star... the iddle is no good and enfine is very noise.....
is possible this is a problem hight pressure pump or iniector??
i have same problem whit one italian car whit common rail iniection... but i dont know is same .. or this model powerstroke have some difect..
 

in cranking i have 500psi in iniector control pressure.... i think is iniectore broke...

anyone know pressur of pump in gas tank?

tday i have clean hfcm fuel flow and after the car start good and runs good.
After 30 minute running i turn off engine and dont star ever......

Fuel control module is on the left frame rail, below the drivers position.. Pump pressure should be 45-58lbs or so...

The correct place to check the fuel pressure is at the secondary fuel filter housing next to the oil filter, but requires special adapter to do it. But I would not be worried about fuel pressure as much as oil pressure. I would suspect the STC (snap to connect) fitting on the rear of the high pressure pump or the branch tube in the block is leaking. Has been known concern on the 05-06 trucks and vans.
