Has anyone had this experience? What could be the cause, we are stranded in Socorro NM and the Ford Garage says it might not be able to look at our Ford until next week.

The Truck is a 2006 F-350 Diesel.

Could be a lot of things, ICP, IPR, high pressure oil leak, cam sensor, crank sensor, low pressure oil pump, high pressure oil pump, FICM, PCM, injectors, wiring, too many to list.

Thank you, but I hoped for better news. We had a problem 2 month ago, our Engine Light always came on. We had it checked by our Ford Garage, evenso they got a code, they could never pinpoint the problem. Could this be related?
