Would anyone know the factory specs for drum brake thickness? I need to replace some crappy shoes but we're not sure if the drum itself needs replacing as well. The rear brakes squeal and make a grinding noise when applying the brake on a cold start. Also looking for a DIY on the replacement of drum brake shoes.

Standard....200mm (7.87inch)
Maximum inside diameter/service limit.... 201mm (7.91 inch)
