Fan works on HIGH only

Help guys! My fan or "vent" (for the defrost, heat, ac, etc) will only work on high, or it wont work at all. Any suggestions? I just replaced the fan/basket last summer, so I don't think that it is likely that the fan is bad.  But, I'll take any suggestions, please help!
