Hi
My name is Danielle and Im havin tons of problems with my car''s cooling system. Im new to cars but I''m working hard to understand them and to fix my car so it doesnt overheat after a hour of driving. My uncle is tryin to help me out as much as possible but he doesnt know Fords. I replaced the radator a year ago. replaced many many hoses, thermosat and temp. sensor on the termosat housing. Im now lookin into replacing fuses and the fan but has anyone had this problem? Can anyone help?

You may have a bad head gasket. If your radiator fluid is slowly disappearing or if the radiator fluid is becoming dirty, then you may have a leak in the gasket that is allowing hot gas from the cylinders go into the radiator fluid and causing it to overheat. This is a fairly major and expensive repair.
