lifting an e100

1982 e100 inline 6 2wd
just wondering what spings i could use from another ford that would bolt right in with no mods. lifting the front about 3inches.
some thing that the junk yard would have ?
 
i was thinking springs from a e250 or a 350?
 
any help would be great.
