i have a 78 f 250 with a 351 mod and 30in mud kings i want to know what size lift i can put on the truck without extending the drivertain and steering stem and where i can get an affordiable lift im a huge country boy from down in kentucky and where im from we all got trucks and their all jacked up but mine's mot so i gotta get a lift

You can check these guys out. They seem to have a good price. I was thinking of using them for my ranger.

Hopefully yours is 4x4. I only see a 4x4 kit for your year and size truck.
