little heat from heater

2000 sable, heat comes out lukewarm when engine is hot and car is at idle, when engine rev's above 2500, heat temp increases to almost normal.

Try to flush the system and refill with a 50-50 mix with anti-freez.If not it is probly the thermostat stuck open.
