how do i get into the message center/ odometer diagnostic mode?

how do i get into the message center/ odometer diagnostic mode on my 04 e350 6L work van? i did it once before by accident. it gives a digital reading on rpm, speed, oil press, fuel rail press etc and more cool stuff. is there some sort of weird code like turn key on five times, beep horn twice, hop on one foot etc.? any ford techs know how to do this and be willing to tell me how? thanx
