P/U Box

Hi
 Iam looking to put a better condition box on my 99 F250 Superduty. I would like to know if 1999 to 2004 are the same also is the F150 box different as in lights, tailgate, bumper or can I use a box from a F150. I just want to have some guide lines to follow when I am looking.
