ok so my command start was not working. i went to future shop and they told me to cut the hood wire. well i started to cut the wrong one not realising. so i had cut a little ways through the hood light and it sparked. after that my auto windows quit working and also the power mirrors interior roof light and glove box light. i was told that the power mirrors and the 2 interior lights were all together on the same fuse which was under the dash. and that the windows fuse was under the hood. i checked every fuse in both ports and there was no blown fuses.
any ideas??????

Make double sure the #4 position 10amp fuse in the passenger comparment box is not blown.. It circuit protects the glove box light, map lights, power mirrors, and the under hood lamp..
In the battery junction box,, fuse position #25 30amp for the power windows.. Fuse positions and amp ratings are in the owners handbook as well..

ok thank you. i checked the fuse under the hood in the fuse box im guessing thats the one your talking about for the windows went to number 25. it is a large fuse 2 prong 30 amp. it apeared to be fine it was not broken. should i try to change it anyway???
and where is the passenger compartment box fuse holder??

The passenger compartment fuse panel, is behind the large trim panel just below the steering column.. You'll see the 4 release screws at each corner of the trim panel.. Turn them 'only enough' to release the tabs.. They will pop out a bit as they are turned/released...
Check #4 fuse first since it's the one that circuit protects the hood lamp, and would be most likely the first to blow if the wire was cut/shorted..
