Removing speakers

I just bought a 03 f150 ext.cab and I need to replace the speakers in the front doors. I don't see any screws to take out. I need to know if there is a web site that gives a detailed explanation of how to remove the door panels. I did not want to try and force the panels off without knowing how they are connected to the door.
