I have a 90 Ranger with a regular cab. I am fixing it up and would like to make it more comfortable. I want to replace my bench seat with newer seats. I have found seats from a regular cab 2001 Ranger. I realize that I have to customize the floor to install it. My question is; will the newer seat fit, be functional and look good? Any feedback will be appreciated. Any hints on installation would really help.
Thanks!

first thing I would do is measure the inside door to inside door measurement in your Ranger and then measure the new seats to see if they are small enough to fit in your older one. measure the doors at the narrowest point where the doors could contact the seats and the seats at the widest part that could contact the doors. then I would compare the seat mounting brackets for their measurements too in regards to width and height also.

google search for therangerstation or something like that - they have a list of seats that will fit. i wouldn't mess with the floor - just get something that will bolt in.
