the post the rear wiper blade assembly is on is stripped, does anyone know if this is easy to fix, how to fix it?  do i need an entire new motor?  help, i would love to fix it for my wife.  and how the heck do i change the plugs and wires on the back side of the motor?

If the arm and shaft are damaged, as a low cost first attempt you might try and cut a small clean keyway/slot into the wiper arm and shaft and install/press a key or pin to lock the arm position to the shaft..  Die grinder or dremmel can make an easy keyway/rounded slot for a pin/s..
 
 
Lifting the van makes for better access to the rear bank of cylinders plugs..
