Upgrade rear shocks

I have an 03, independant rear suspension. I have an atv carrier that fits into the receiver hitch. When loaded it drops the suspension around 5 inches. The tires are aboput 2 inches away from rubbing the metal. I also have tires that stick out 2 inches so it hits the fender over sharp turns when going into a ditch. Ive put in solid rubber coil spring wedges and they help lift it back up about 5 inches but its more of a temp fix. Is there something easy to install on that type of setup. Maybe air bags or ive seen an airbag inside the coil springs, something that I can have the stock ride when needed. Also not too expensive and maybe something I can install. If you can provide websites or brand names that would help.
