Default 1966 fairlane

this is my summer toy, and every day driver through the summer. gets a hell of alot better mileage than my silverado. has the original 289 in it with updated carb and intake..hopefully going to have it repainted comes spring and a different hood to get ride of the scoop. anyways here is a few pics

its my second kid lol..currently waiting on taxes so i can start on the new look for this spring, new paint and wheels in its near future

been awhile since i updated this..have the car stripped down to bare metal, and hopefully painting it rally green this week. took the stupid fiberglass cowling off just to find where someone butchered the poor hood to make it fit. spent about 13 hours to get it straight and new metal added. enough of the details on to some pictures

painted it over the weekend..not exactly what i was wanting but it will do..needs a wet sanding and buffing like hell, anything that could go wrong when i painted it happened

only reason it went green is because the place i used to get pinstripping paint gave me a deal on it..paint looks like *** in my opinion..for some reason i see it being repainted if i keep it
