Default 390FE Swap into a 66 Fairlane 500

I have a 66 Fairlane GT clone with a 351C and C4 and Id like to make it a correct GT and dont have the 390 or the 4spd. I recently cam across a 67 Comet that has the 390 and 4 spd and was wondering if the 67 comet would have the clutch pedals I need since my Fairlane is a automatic right now. Any help on answering this is appreciated and any suggestions on anything else I might need to do the swap would be great. Thanks!

Don't forget about the steering column you'll need to change that too. c-4's fit small blocks only you know like the 351W 289 302 and pretty much all the six cylinders so that would have to be a c-6
