JDM Engine swap on a Falcon?
Okay, so i'm thinking about getting a falcon. It'll be my first car. Since most of the falcons around me are straight 6's, or just have older/ not that great engines I would want to do a swap. Since I also have a passion for 90's jdm along with 60's american cars I would want to do a swap with a japanese engine. I'll probably get roasted for this but whatever. The main swaps I have in mind are: 1jz, 2jz, rb20, rb26, sr20, or any other 90's jdm engines. But what I want to know is; is it possible? and if so, what would I need, and how much would it cost besides the engine, and maybe a transmission? And, how hard would it be?

Anything is possible with enough money. I have seen high school Mustang JDM swaps, some even in 1965 Stangs, so I don't think it's too expensive since it shares its underpinnings with the Falcon. I would suggest doing research however

Hi
First what is JDM? sorry old man here
What is the purpose for the car, sailing driver, street rod, track car?
what about a electric motor setup?
You did not say what year Falcon.
For me, I would redo the suspension\brakes first, then a small block Ford engine
351w might fit... Fitment is the real problem, after all you want to get to the spark
plugs.
