I bought a house and included a 1972 gran torino sport into the package. Imlooking for the vin numbers on the frame. The shell of the car is from another torino so the vin on the dash is for another car. The frame, front end and side panel are from the title i have. However the only vin I can find that matches the title is the sticker on the door panel.
Do any of you know where i could find the vin on the frame? any advise on what to do to get a clear title? thanks, Brad

 

If you have the title and it matches the frame and door ID then just change the dash ID plate to match the door and title. I see no problem. You're sounding hokey. Unless the body shell is off by a year or something.
