New to Forum, New to C-Max Hybrid
Hi! We like our 2008 F-150 so well that when we got fed up with our 2003 Passat sucking our wallet dry, we decided to go with Ford. After much research into hybrids, and then checking them out in person, we decided on the C-Max (just hybrid, not Energi). Tried really hard to find a used one, but apparently people like 'em so well, there aren't any used ones anywhere near us: we didn't look beyond one state away.
The C-Max is comfortable, quiet, feels as roomy as the Passat even though it's a foot shorter and maybe a bit narrower - and the back seats fold actually flat, so our two Westies' travel crate fits very nicely with one back seat down. Love this car - and love the 44+ mpg it's getting, too.
