I joined to find out some information on OE remote keyless entry systems for the Contour. I have a 3 button remote from Ford for my Ford Probe and I'm trying to upgrade to a 4 button remote with trunk release. From what I've seen, the keyless entry module for the Contour looks identical to the ones I have for the Probe. It even looks like the plugs are the same. The programming method is the same too, so I'm hoping it's not too difficult or is as simple as adding a few wires for the trunk release mechanism. Any information would be helpful.
