Hi,
I own a 1994 Crown Vic. My problem is I am unable to shift the car out of park. I am able to shift the car by using the "cheat way". The break lights do not work, emergency lights, and turn signal. I have check the fuse and replaced it and notice a burnt smell coming from under the hood. There is two wires leading up to a round metal looking thing. These to wires were not sealed all the way and water got into the water tight area, causing the wires to short. Can anyone tell me what this part is called or even if it is replacable?
