Looking at the front of your car, on the driver's side, coil #7 is the 3rd one back. If you remove that coil and spark plug ,switch it with anyone even on the same side then see if the misfire moves to the new location. If the misfire moved to the new location just switch the coil to another location . It's easier to swap coils than plugs. Depending if there is any change with the location of the misfire it is now pinned down to one cylinder.
If the misfire is where the old coli was placed, it's the coil, if where the old plug is placed it's the plug, if still at cyl #7 there may be another problem not necessarily the injector. Now it is time to have a compression check done. If that comes out OK then you could go after the injector or it's connections. Pulling the fuel rail off just to check injectors is a lot of work and can create more problems if new "O" rings are not installed.
There is always the possibility of an intake manifold vacuum leak.Since you don't have access to a decent scan tool you need to go this route.
