Hi everyone, I recently acquired this van with the intention of making it into a camper. I finally got all the "furniture" (metal shelves, cabinets and drawers) out of it, and except for an insulated rubber floor cover, it's empty and ready to go.
I have realized that one thing I would love to have is a window on the passenger back door, preferably one that can be opened a bit for air when camping. There are areas in the metal that look like windows, which I imagine are on purpose, but would it be easier to just go to a junkyard and buy another door with a window already in it? My nephew, who was so helpful with the "furniture" suggested that, and it sounds good, but I wonder about the cost comparison.

Thanks, I wouldn't care too much for matching paint color and all, the van is white, and lots of these are, but I guess a passenger van which might have the window I want may be some other color. I'll look around the junkyards and see what it'll cost me. I can do the work myself with a little help from the nephew. I new window is about $93 on Amazon.
