Default Dead Cylinder need help

I have a 2001 Ford E-150 with the 4.6. This motor has been nothing but trouble. Have tapped several spark plug blowouts and now have a dead #4 cylinder.

After it threw code P0304 (cylinder 4 misfire) I have ran multiple tests to help discover the problem. Spark test passed (new plugs and coils), Fuel injector test passed, then went to compression test and got zero compression. Then ran a leak down test and have air escaping through to the air intake (burnt intake valve maybe). Pulled the valve cover to check for possible spring or rocker arm issue and everything looked and operated fine.

Anything I am overlooking? And where should I go next? Pull the motor for a possible rebuild, is it worth rebuilding that motor or are the 5.4s any better (does it fit)?

Please Help, Thanks!

Depending on how many miles are on the present engine would help determine if recon heads would be the way to go. Personally I don't think the 5.4s are any better.
