Default fuse box

Why can't I find a fuse box diagram for my 1990 E150? What all does the computer run or control? Thans joey!

Default fuel pumps

Will the fuel pumps run if out of gas?

As you know the fuel pump runs for 2 seconds when you first turn the key on. If the computer does not see an engine RPM signal from the dist. it will not allow the fuel pump(s) to run.
Soooo, if the engine can't run because it is out of gas , the fuel pump won't run either, but if you have fuel and you keep cranking the engine it will produce an RPM signal and the pump will run and flood the engine if for some reason it does not start.
