Question Parts Location HVAC Vacuum Motor - defrost/plenum

Working on 1994 E150 HVAC.
WHERE is the Vacuum Motor located (how can I get to it to replace it) which controls the flow of air to the defrost vents vs the panel vents (plenum)?
This appears to be a common problem for several years and models: after several seconds of low vacuum (hard acceleration), the A/C system switches from cold air coming through the Panel vents, to hot air coming from the Defroster vents.
I think the part number is 18A318, but I have looked in two sets of manuals and cannot find the location (and what else to remove) of the Defrost/Plenum Vacuum Motor. HELP
