I need help locating the fuel pump relay on my 96 e150 conversion

My 96 E150 conversion died at the fuel station the other night. I checked the fuel shut off switch but can not find the fuel relay ....HELP

In the engine compartment fuse panel there should be 3 relays. According to the diagram I have it should be the middle one.
