Default I need to what's supposed to be on the other end of this wire 1991 E350 7.5 EFI

1991 E350 7.5 EFI
ECM model F2TF-12A650-GA

The main fuel injector / ignition wire harness had to be remade. I'm down to 1 wire I have no clue what it's supposed to connect to. It's ltgreen/red one end goes directly to the ECM. However the Haynes manual I have many of the wire colors don't match to what I have. And it doesn't give full pin info for the ECM. hasn't been fun but other than this one I've got them all sorted out.

Not sure which side to begin from on the ECM connector. But top row. #9 from right to left. I desperately need to know what is supposed to be on the other end.

I found there are two wires on this same circuit one is red/ltgreen and the other is ltgreen/red. The ltgreen/red on the 7.5 engine goes from the Red-Lt Green wire it is tied in with, off to the voltage regulator or integral alternator regulator.
Its no wonder we're confused . It's all the same wire and they reversed the colors.
