i am interested in buying a ford e350 6.0 diesel 2007

overall vehicle is in good condition and has all i want:

no windows .....i do not want side or rear windows
very nice heavy duty ladder rack
6.0 diesel....although i prefer the 7.3...but not a deal breaker
security locks on doors
tow hitch/receiver
metal cage cargo to front area
and more

some rust but not normal for my area.....

the concern i have is that the vehicle has not been driven for 2 years....and there is an oil leak currently and the bottom of engine area is coated with oil sludge buildup....either from current oil leak or previous one.....the owner doesnt know much history

there is no check engine light and does seem to drive good

should i worry about the oil leak at all?

the price is very very good and other than oil leak the vehicle seems pretty solid

would like some advice as im not familair with ford e350 vehicles and their history
