ANyone install a new stereo in an E-series? My 96 club wagon chateau was working fine with old factory radio. Removed, spliced in connections per instructions for new stereo, and connected amp bypass harness at amp in passenger kick panel. Now, stereo powers on and functions fine, but no sound from speakers at all. Volume all the way up.

Amp bypass pigtail was verified as the correct model# for my van, but has one head that is different type than the other cable from factory amp. (pic)

Anyone got ideas? Are there secondary amps in these Chateaus? What am I missing?
