Default Question on Satellite radio

I am looking to purchase a 2013 E-250 van. The present radio is a standard AM/FM. I am looking to change to a satellite ready radio. The dealership is going to look into the price for this change. They think the cost will be about $350. Does anybody know if this is a fair price? Do I have any other alternatives? I presently have an FM transmitter type in my van and the reception is terrible. I am looking to get something better this time. My daughter has a factory installed satellite ready radio in her Ford Focus and it works great. I'd prefer to stay away from any aftermarket radios where I have to run all kinds of wires and antenna's. I would think the dealership would throw in the radio on a $30,000 deal but they don't seem too willing. Any help would be appreciated.
