Rear interior panel removal

Rear interior panel removal
Hi all,
the diverter door for the rear A/C is not working. Before I go and remove the two big panels to get to it, can anyone tell me if the register section could be removed so I can check it out there (see pic)?
Thanks for the help!
PS. Weird! My photo uploaded upside-down! Maybe it's just me. In case it isn't, I flipped the same pic and attached it. At least one of the pics will be correct!

Same issue
2011 E-350 .... how did you make out ???? .. I have the same issue i believe . . I am only getting rear air flow from the floor vents and nothing from the roof... My passenger van is converted to a work van and i have shelving bolted in .. so getting to the panels is going to be a job itself. .. i am trying to find out where the vacuum line that activates the Vacuum motor comes from and the routing of it .. i saw a you tube video that can shed some light on your situation ..
I was told the vacuum line is in the wall and in the B pillar .. the ford vacuum diagram does not show the routing .... My front all works as it should
