Hello Ford Forum! We bot a 2013 Escape about 9 months ago and I noticed a couple weeks ago the sunroof, when fully closed, is not flush with the roof. I use a duster on the car once or twice a month and I noticed it right away The passenger side corner is flush but the driver side corner is down about a 1/4 to 3/8 inch below the roof. We took the car to the local Green Valley, AZ Ford dealer and the service writer and the tech said it was within factory tolerances. Really? The top no longer closes flush with the roof but Ford says it is "close enough"?
Anyone else experience this?
