Angry 2016 Escape: Lemon ?

Just leased a 2016 Escape Titanium after turning in my leased 2013 Escape SEL. I have only 320 miles on it and I have started to have a few annoying gremlins.
The phone connects only 50% of the time.
The radio does not turn on. I must turn the car off, open and close the drivers door and restart the car to get the radio to play.
The Voice Command occasionally works.
The Home Link only allows one of the three buttons to be programed.
The transmission does not engage drive, you have to go back to park and then to drive again. This has happened twice.
My friends are suggesting that I got a Flood Vehicle or a really bad Lemon.
Is anyone else experiencing my type of problems?
I called the Dealers Service Department today and was told I would have to wait a week or so to bring it in.
