Default Will 235/60/17 w/39mm offset fit?

I have a 2006 Escape with stock 235/70/16 tires and stock 7x16 rims with 45mm offset.

Anyone know if tires/rims off a 2011 Ford Flex will fit without rubbing?
The Flex tires & rims are 235/60/17 on stock 7.5 x 17 rims with 39mm offset.

Comparing both on tiresize.com the Flex tire/rim is .9" shorter, same width and .9" shorter sidewall and the offset is 6mm less. Any idea if these will work or will they rub?

Thanks for any insight and help.
