I have a 2002 Excursion 7.3 PSD that I’m having 2 issues with. Currently I have a fuel leak that falls to rear of the motor over transmission. From the top side there is no fuel in the valley but I can’t find the leak. Is there some connection to look for under or to the rear of the rear of the turbo? Secondly the 4x4 hubs won't move from the auto to the lock position. Is this just a matter of being more forceful or is there something else going on. 4x4 won't engage and I do believe that I have a vacuum problem.
