1997 expedion lighting

My 97 expedition (recently purchased) has a lighting issue. If I pull the **** for the fog lamps my blinkers go haywire. fog lamps do not lightt and right headlight goes dim. Any segestions?

I put in a new head lifgt switch but no difference.

Check the ground connection for clean/tight at the right front radiator support.
