2004 expedition instrument cluster is dead except for a faint air bag light and the circuit breaker in fuse location 21 is chattering. When I pull fuse 24 chattering stop...if I let it sit for a couple day when I put the key in and turn on the cluster lights up normally but when I try to start it acts like the starter solenoid except the cluster goes dead...this is sparatic sometimes the vehicle will start and run normal and sometimes not...there's no rhythm or reason to the problem...good battery, starter solenoid and starter...
